mix the agave and the blueberries in a small saucepan. Cook the
mixture over medium heat about five minutes until berries start to soften
and eventually burst.
add the chia seeds and cook about the minutes until the mixture
becomes very thick and do stir often.
remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool down and then add
half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
you may store the jam in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
