preheat the oven to three7five Fahrenheit
mix the first six ingredients all together in large bowl and put
away for a moment.
separately, whisk together the oil, applesauce, sugar, vanilla,
eggs and yogurt until evenly mixed.
fold the blueberries and the bananas both into the wet ingredients.
then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold all
these to combine.
next, fold in the chia seeds into the mixture
then spray the pan with some baking spray and fill with the batter.
Bake the entire mixture for about fourfive to fivefive minutes and allow to
cool off for about one0 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack to
make it completely cool.
last but not least, prepare the glaze by mixing the coffee and the
sugar with a fork and when done
drizzle the glaze over the chia seed cake
